Directions to Danville Homes Tour

From Roanoke and west:  Follow U.S. 220 south to Martinsville.  Take the US 58 east ramp toward Danville.  Follow US 58 east and the US 58 bypass (the Danville Expressway).  Take the South Main Street / VA 86 exit. Turn left (north) onto South Main Street toward Danville.

From Richmond and northeast:  Follow U.S. 360 to South Boston; then proceed as below.

From South Boston and east:  Follow US 58 west. Take the Greensboro exit onto the US 58 / US 29 bypass (the Danville Expressway). Take the South Main Street / VA 86 exit.  Turn right (north) onto South Main Street toward Danville.

From Greensboro and southwest:  From I-40, follow US 29 north, merging onto the Danville Expressway.  Take the South Main Street / VA 86 exit. Turn left (north) onto South Main Street.

From Lynchburg and north:  Follow US 29 south, which becomes the Danville Expressway.  Take the South Main Street / VA 86 exit. Turn right (north) onto South Main Street toward Danville.

From Raleigh/Durham and southeast:  Follow NC / VA 86 north from Hillsborough.  VA 86 becomes South Main Street.

Once on South Main Street: 
South Main Street becomes Central Boulevard.  Exit Central Boulevard at the West Main Street ramp.  West Main Street merges onto Main Street at the second light.  Then:

(a) Turn left at the next (third) light onto Broad Street.  Purchase tour tickets at 124 Broad.

(b) Continue through two more lights on Main Street.  Purchase tour tickets at 926 Main.
